Q1:How can I place an order?

A:You may place an order with us by creating an online account. Once you have created an account you can log in at any time to place an order. For a faster checkout experience, we also offer the option to checkout without creating an account.

Q2:How long will it take before I receive my order?

A: We will ship the items within twenty-four hours of the date your order was placed. Upon shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with the order tracking information.

Q3:How will you deal with my order which is out of stock?

A: Unfortunately, we were unable to fulfill your order as the item you requested is out of stock. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused. If you are interested in placing another order, you can contact us any day, any time. We would be glad to help you find something else you love. Definitely, you will not be charged for the order which is out of stock.

A: We do make every effort possible to maintain abundant supply of our stock. However, the items are removed from our website and are no longer currently available when we run out of stock.

A: Unfortunately, we do not have a print catalog to send out to consumers. In order to ensure that our customers have access to the most current styles, prices, sizes, and overall selection, we do not publish a catalog that you may purchase directly from. Q10: Can I change or cancel an order I’ve already placed?

A: We begin processing orders immediately. For this reason we are unable to change orders. If you have any questions about your order please contact us.

Q11:When do I get my tracking number ?

A:As soon as we receive a tracking number from our shipping carrier,we will immediately add that information to your order as well as email it to you.Normally you can receive tracking NO. in 2 days.( most time we can provide tracking NO. in 24 hours .

Q12:I received my tracking number, however it says no records on the carrier web site ?

A:We can have the tracking NO. once shipment release,and then send tracking NO. to you for tracking purpose,if you cannot see records on the site right away, please try to see records later, because sometime the carrier input the shipping information not so quick,however,we can guarantee that the shipment been on the way if you have received tracking.
